Where are your brands from?
Our makers are small natural-beauty labs from Estonia, Finland and the wider Nordic and Baltic region. Each product page names its brand.
Are the products natural, vegan or organic?
Many of our makers work with natural, vegan or certified-organic formulas. Certifications vary by product, so check the description and ingredients on each page.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship with tracking from our fulfilment partner in Europe, and you'll get a tracking link by email. Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days. Products from different brands may arrive separately.
Can I return something?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened cosmetics. Email care@shopnordix.com and we'll help.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Look for the ingredients list on each product page, and patch-test anything new on your inner arm for 24 hours first. If you have a skin condition, check with your dermatologist.
