Shipping

Free tracked shipping on US orders of $75 or more; $8 flat rate below that. The threshold is checked at checkout against your order total after any discounts. Orders are fulfilled by our partner in Europe and shipped with tracking, and most arrive within 3–8 business days (order today: estimated arrival Tue, Oct 13 – Tue, Oct 20). You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Orders with several brands may arrive in separate parcels.

Automatic savings

Larger orders are discounted automatically at checkout, no code needed: 1% off orders of $1000000 or more. Only one order discount applies per order, so the automatic savings and codes such as WELCOME10 don't combine; checkout applies the discount you qualify for.

Returns

Unopened products in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email care@shopnordix.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can't be returned. The full terms are in our refund policy.

Damaged items

If an order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
